1. Scope of License
MoveUSB grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable limited license to use the application on Apple-branded iOS devices in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
2. Free Trial & MoveUSB Pro Upgrades
MoveUSB provides a Free Tier allowing users to transfer up to 4,000 files/photos. Upgrading to MoveUSB Pro provides access to unlimited continuous transfers and hardware backups. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID and can be managed in iOS Settings.
3. No Lifetime Updates Guarantee
The purchase of MoveUSB Pro grants access to the software version as provided at the time of purchase. Licensor makes NO representation, warranty, or guarantee of continuous maintenance or perpetual compatibility with future iOS releases or external hardware revisions.
4. Hardware & External Drive Disclaimers
MoveUSB is an on-device utility. Licensor has no control over third-party external storage hardware, formatting integrity, physical cables, or power supplies. Users are strongly advised to independently verify backups on their drive before deleting originals from their camera roll.
