Executive Summary: MoveUSB is built on a strict "Zero Data Collection & Offline-First" philosophy. We do not operate user accounts, analytics trackers, advertising SDKs, or cloud storage servers. Your photos, videos, files, and personal data never leave your device.

1. Information We Collect

MoveUSB collects NO personal information, usage telemetry, device identifiers, or biometric data. When you grant Photo Library permissions, access is strictly used locally on your device to read media and copy it to your attached external USB drive.

2. On-Device AI Photo Analysis

Features such as "Clean Up & Dedup" utilize Apple's local on-device Vision framework and Neural Engine to evaluate photo blurriness and burst similarities. No images or embeddings are ever sent over the network or uploaded to external servers.

3. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

All financial transactions and subscriptions are handled directly by Apple StoreKit. MoveUSB does not receive or store your credit card information, billing address, or Apple ID credentials.

4. Third-Party Services & SDKs

MoveUSB contains no third-party tracking SDKs, advertising frameworks, or cross-site tracking beacons.

5. GDPR, CCPA & Children's Privacy (COPPA)

Because MoveUSB operates completely locally and stores zero personal data, it complies with GDPR, CCPA, and COPPA standards by design.
